Pausing for Development and Discovery
In the fall of 2020, I decided to temporarily stop selling my art and take a journey of discovery and development. I branched out from primarily using clay as a medium to include colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic, and wood. This experimentation stimulated my creativity and provided a healthy way for me to express my feelings during the pandemic. The benefits of a regular art practice extended past developing skills; I found calm and the ability to enter a deep state of focus.
I want to help others to find and develop their creative skills. To partner with people interested in living more creatively to find balance and reduce stress. Yesterday, I completed an accredited program to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and I am working on setting up my services as a Creativity Coach. I am also creating some exciting new digital offerings including coloring pages and templates aimed to help you learn and implement your own mindful and meditative art practice. I can't wait to share more information with you!
